Study: Late Snacking May Put On Lbs

In Design & Trend, Amanda Stewart reports: “Many people find themselves up late, watching television and wandering into the kitchen for a late-night snack. Although it has been known that snacking late at night can cause weight gain, a new study has shown that it may have many more serious implications. Not only can it lead to packing on a few more pounds, but it can also raise cholesterol, diabetes and obesity, CBS News reported. The researchers found that by restricting food intake to eight to 12 hours a day people will be able to reduce their risk of these things. More here.
