Changes are in store for the western gateway to Coeur d’Alene, but not before the community has its say.More than 120 people attended an open house on Wednesday to consider and comment on a series of conceptual plans prepared for the city-sponsored Four Corners/BLM Corridor Master Plan, a study area that stretches from Independence Point downtown roughly to the east end of Riverstone.
