Poll: Agree With Court DUI Ruling

• Wednesday Poll: A near supermajority of Hucks Nation agrees with the Idaho Supreme Court decision requiring arresting officer to obtain a warrant before drawing blood from a suspected DUI driver who won’t cooperate. 85 of 129 respondents (65.89%) took that position. 40 of 129 respondents (31.01%) disagreed with the ruling. 4 (3.1%) were undecided.
