PFPD Handles Ongoing Bomb Threat

Bomb Threat,
1706 E Seltice Way — Male with an Eastern Indian
Accent “Bob” called Walgreen’s
and demanded $5000.00 cash or he would blow up the
store and send in gunmen with AK47’s to shoot everybody. LE responded
cleared the area and spoke to “Bob” who decided he would not send in
the men with AK47’s and now wanted Green Dot cards 10 @ $500.00 ea.. by the
end of the conversation with Bob he began calling the responding officers names
and decided he did not want to talk any longer- Report taken- Officers did a
very good job responding to this call. Officers dispersed around the City
checking the security of local banks and business until it was determined that
this was not an attempt to lure officers away from another target area.
