Morning links: Pac-12 reels in awards

Some major college football awards were handed out yesterday and the Pac-12 brought in a pretty good haul.

Arizona linebacker Scooby Wright III won the Chuck Bednarik Award , given to the best defensive player in the country, while Oregon quarterback Marcus Mariota will have a full trophy shelf after winning the Walter Camp, Davey O’Brien and Maxwell Awards. The conference can also claim the nation’s best punter after Tom Hackett won the Ray Guy Award.

Pac-12 players also dot the All-American teams from CBSSports.com , USA Today and Walter Camp .
