New Strip Mall Near Post Falls Walmart

Construction may begin in February on a new strip mall in the northwest corner of Mullan Avenue and Cecil Road on the east side of Post Falls. Tentatively called the Mullan & Cecil Retail Complex, the $3 million project will comprise two multi-tenant buildings of 8,000 and 9,000 square feet north of the Walmart complex. Depending on the spaces requested, about 14 tenants are possible with about 40 percent already interested, according to principle owner Paul Bielec of Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty.
