Make guns illegal

Instead of taking away some people’s guns, maybe we should make all guns and bombs illegal. No police guns, no military guns, no hunting guns. No one should be allowed to have any guns or bombs at all, globally.

The logistics of trying to remove all the guns and bombs from this planet and enforcing that might be impossible, but it might also mean a more peaceful world; at least, quieter. Think of all we could do with all that melted down metal. Weapons into plowshares, anyone?
