Update: Suicidal man closes Monroe St. Bridge

Spokane Police Department tweets: “Monroe St. Bridge is closed in both directions because of a suicidal man on the bridge. Officers are negotiating with him. Please avoid the area.”

Update: Officers were able to safely talk the man off the bridge. Good work Spokane Blue!
