Senate President Pro Tem Brent Hill (R-Rexburg) is blocked from entering the Senate chambers by Demonstrators at the Idaho Statehouse in Boise today. The protestors are advocating adding gender identity and sexual orientation to the state’s human rights ordinance, but have thus far been unsuccessful in advancing the legislation.
