Editor’s Notes: On Road To Sochi
Arrived in Seattle this morning on the first leg of flights to Russia. I have a 2-hour layover here, so I’ve had time to check in and learn that I
have an aisle seat. Score! But I learned there is no wi-fi on international flights. Ouch. My flight to Amsterdam is 9 hours, 55 minutes. The Ball State students and the
BSUatthegames team
arrived safely in Amsterdam last night. I will be joining the group at the airport. Security confiscated my small jar of peanut butter that I had in my carry-on. Terrorists lead, 1-0. I did not check any bags. My travel needs remain pretty simple. It is 45 degrees in Sochi now, but 9 in Spokane. Go figure/Editor

Question: Have you ever had something confiscated by airport security?
