Testimony wrapped up, committee goes ‘at ease’

After nearly three and a half hours of testimony on HB 427, House State Affairs Chairman Tom Loertscher announced that the committee will briefly go at ease. It has been in session from 9 a.m. to 12:25 p.m. so far.
