Committee OKs 4 Corners Plan Effort

More Info: The city’s General Services Committee will recommend that the City Council pursue a master plan for the Four Corners area of Coeur d’Alene. Acting Parks Director Bill Greenwood told the council subcommittee that the city is considering a long-term lease on 29 acres of land owned by the Bureau of Land Management in that area of the city, and a master plan is required by the BLM to begin that process. … He said if it approves the request, Lake City Development Corp. has agreed to fund the planning project.
