… That Reagan Republican president Jeff Ward will announce his candidacy for retiring state Rep. Frank Henderson’s House District 3 seat at the organization’s weekly luncheon meeting today. Huckleberries also hears that Ward’s predecessor at Reagan Republicans, Jeff Tyler, is interested in the seat, possibly as an endorsee of the Rally Right/UCNI wings of the local GOP. And … that Rep. Frank Henderson may be backing a third horse in this race. Stay tuned.
