J-Loc: Lincoln Day Misinformation
Jennifer L (RE: R Minus 18 Wild Card ): I am hearing that there is some misinformation going around about the KCRCC Lincoln Day Dinner. I like to clear up some of the rumors going around that I have heard:
- 1) There are 2 possibilities out for a main speaker, but there has been no answers back yet. At this time, none of us know who our speaker will be or if we will just enjoy hearing from our politicians.
- 2) The Governor is invited every year and asked to speak every year. Everyone who speaks, other than the keynote speaker if we have one, is given the same amount of time.
- 3) Angela Cross is not the Chair of Lincoln Dinner nor heading up any part of the Fulcher for Governor campaign. She is supporting Senator Fulcher.
