Brannon To Address Pachyderms

Appointed Kootenai County Clerk Jim Brannon will be the featured speaker at the Panhandle Pachyderm Club luncheon at noon Friday at Templin’s Red Lion Inn, 414 E. First Ave., Post Falls. Brannon was appointed by county commissioners to fill the vacancy created by the unexpected death of County Clerk Cliff Hayes. The county clerk’s office will be one of the elected courthouse positions up for election this year.
