Otter, legislative leaders to discuss upcoming session; watch live here

Gov. Butch Otter and legislative leaders will address reporters at this morning’s AP Legislative Preview at the state Capitol; for the first time, the event will be streamed live via Idaho Public Television’s “In Session” service, which this year includes expanded video streaming from an additional hearing room, EW 42, where the House Revenue & Taxation regularly meets, along with the House Judiciary and Ag committees.
