After a ha-huge, holiday lull, the newsmakers return to action this week, with the Idaho Legislature set to begin its annual shenanigans today and the new Coeur d’Alene City Council ready to take oaths and begin its work. Coeur d’Alene Mayor Sandi Bloem and Post Falls Mayor Clay Larkin will leave office Tuesday with their heads held high, after stellar performances guiding their respective cities.
