• 8:59 a.m. Elderly driver of green-over-beige Subaru ran over curb on Ramsey Road before entering e/b I-90.
• 8:36 a.m. Elderly male w/sleeping bag draped over him is walking e/b along I-90/Atlas Road area.
• 8:23 a.m. Someone having trouble breathing @ 3800 block of E3rd Avenue/Post Falls.
