IFF Dumb Law: Arts Commission

The Idaho Freedom Foundation is providing a “dumb law of the day” tweet daily this year. So far, IFF denizens have come up with some fairly dumb laws. Today, IFF targets the creation of the Idaho Arts Commission as a dumb law. I don’t agree. Do you? (I wonder if Wayne Hoffman & Co. would consider as dumb the Coeur d’Alene ordinance that provides a percentage of public capital projects for public art?
