Warm Air To Change Snow To Rain
A surge of warm air moving northward should change snow to rain as the next in a series of winter storms arrives later today. Areas to the north of Spokane and Coeur d’Alene may see significant snow tonight as the warm air moves only as far north as northern Spokane and Kootenai counties near the major urban areas. Spokane International Airport reported 1.5 inches of snow on Tuesday.
