Bell: Education Faces Slow Road Back

Dean Cameron, R-Rupert, co-chairman of the Legislature’s joint budget committee. Said Rep. Maxine Bell, R-Jerome, the House co-chair of the panel, “It’s a slow road back”/ Betsy Russell , SR.
