Friday morning Pac-12 links

From Pullman — In yesterday’s paper we had a story about how some of the NCAA’s rule changes have affected men’s basketball this season, and we followed that up with a blog post detailing just how many more free throws Pac-12 teams are attempting this season. We also put up the second and final installation of our Recruiting Q&A .

Some WSU alumni have been making news lately with Klay Thompson getting picked to the USA Basketball national roster pool while Deone Bucannon continues to impress in Senior Bowl practices.

More links, after the jump.

  • Oregon’s inexplicable slide continued, falling to Washington for its fifth-straight loss.
  • Colorado became the 19th team to lose to Arizona.
  • ASU’s star point guard was just a bit better than Utah’s star point guard, leading the Sun Devils to victory.
  • Stanford’s gradual rise was stonewalled by UCLA.
