Middle and high school students from 27 schools in North Idaho and Eastern Washington will participate in jazz clinics Feb. 3-5 at the North Idaho College JazzNIC festival, with a special concert at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 4, in Boswell Hall Schuler Performing Arts Center.
