I was wondering how long it’d take for NIC Trustee Todd Banducci to go into a rant against the “educational liberal mind” and “elite educated” on college campuses. He’s hidden his political ideology fairly well during his first year of playing second fiddle for the right-wing crowd to Trustee Ron Nilson on the NIC board. But the guns on campus flushed him out.
