Separated at Birth — Actor Nick Offerman, who portrays Libertarian P&R Director Ron Swanson, above, from “Parks & Recreation” and Kootenai County GOP CC Chairman Neil Oliver, inset? Offerman shares the same deadpan delivery as his character Ron Swanson and is a guy’s guy, who loves carpentry. He even has a woodshop in Los Angeles. Besides NBC’s “Parks and Rec,” He has a live, musical-comedy review called “American Ham” and a small film “Smashed” starring Aaron Paul and Mary Elizabeth Winstead.
