Poll: Most Ignored 4th Of July Events

• Weekend Poll: 60% of Hucks Nation were planning to skip both the Coeur d’Alene Fourth of July Parade and the fireworks display on Lake Coeur d’Alene Friday night. When asked which Fourth of July events they planned to attend in the Coeur d’Alene area on the 4th of July, 76 of 126 respondents (60.32%) said neither the parade or the fireworks. 23 (18.25%) said they planned to watch the parade only; 17 (13.49%) said they planned to watch the parade and the fireworks; 5 (3.97%) said they planned to watch the fireworks only. And 5 (3.97%) weren’t sure what they planned to do on the 4th.
