Train derailment a worry

The recent derailment of the rail cars carrying Boeing plane fuselages should be a wake-up call to all. These could have been crude oil tank cars polluting the river and causing a huge fire.

The railroad’s response was they did not know how it happened; the train was only going 35 mph. Oil trains travel though Spokane Valley at 50 mph. What will be the answer as Spokane burns?
