Tuesday Wild Card 6.10.14

I’ve long thought someone should write a dissertation about the pyschology of blog dynamics, and I daresay someone probably already has. It’s pretty interesting how anonymous commenters think they “know” other anonymous commenters’ age, sex, income, political, sexual and religious persuasion by comments left online.

Some folks share those details openly, but many don’t leaving others to speculate, and some of those speculations are pretty amusing!

If DFO ever does away with anonymous commenting, I think many would be surprised and maybe pleasantly so. Or maybe shocked is the word I’m looking for ;-)

That’s enough speculating for now. I’ve got a deadline to meet.
