Thursday Wild Card 6.12.14

My buttons were bursting with pride yesterday when my youngest showed me the Presidential education award he’d been given for Outsanding Academic Excellence. My glow didn’t diminish even when Sam said, “You know President Obama didn’t really sign this ,don’t you? You do know it’s just a stamp?”

Whatever. I suppose he wasn’t impressed with his mom’s kisses and hugs as a Maternal Seal of Approval either.
