Edit: Cap Student Tuition, Too

An editorial in the Moscow-Pullman Daily News today applauds move to Obama administration to cap re-payment of student loans at 10 percent of the individual’s discretionary spending. But the editorial continues that state Legislatures should be forced to stop raising tuition and cutting state support of higher education. Quoth: “It’s time for taxpayers to recognize that a well-educated work force — and today that means a college education or trade school certificate — benefits all of us in the end.” Full editorial here .
