Is There Anything As Useless As …

… A car burglar alarm? An alarm is now sounding from a vehicle parked in the Spokesman-Review lot on Northwest Boulevard. Seems as though one goes off every other day. As far as I know, no burglars have ever attempted to break into a vehicle on our lot. Have you ever heard that an alarm stopped a burglar from breaking into a vehicle?
