MikeK: Hudson’s Is Big Part Of CdA

MikeK (RE: ‘Hamburger’ en Espanol = Hudson’s ): There’s absolutely no need to understand any fascination. Eating a Hudson’s burger with my kids in downtown CdA, talking about their great-grandparents eating in this same place and talking about the lake and the history of downtown and whatever they ask about is enough. Sometimes we just talk about their day and that’s enough. The burgers are great tasting. But so what? I think the atmosphere and the history and the shared time is all part of it. No need to worry about it or try to analyze it. Hudson’s is a big part of Coeur d’Alene for me, and apparently for thousands of others, too. No worries, no fascination. Eat them, or not, but whatever you do don’t stress about it.
