Hucks Poll: Add The Words

• Wednesday Poll: A plurality of Hucks Nation 129 of 275 respondents (46.91%) said the Coeur d’Alene School Board should grant a Coeur d’Alene attorney’s request to “Add the Words” to district policy, extending civil rights protection to the LGBT community. However, 78 of 275 respondents (28.36%) are satisfied with the district’s current status quo re: this issue, and 60 of 275 (21.82%) say the district should investigate whether current policies protect gay students, teachers and staff. 5 (1.82%) checked “other” and 3 (1.09%) were undecided.
