Poll: Just Butch Being Butch

• Monday Poll: A majority of Hucks Nation doesn’t view Gov. Butch Otter differently, now that news has surfaced that he had a bit role in a soft-porn movie in the 1990s. 42 of 139 respondents (30.22%) said Otter didn’t know that the soft-porn scenes would be injected into the movie. 24 of 139 respondents (17.27%) said they were glad that Otter wasn’t involved in the soft-porn scenes. 15 (10.79%) said Otter’s involvement in such a film was “part of (his) charm.” However, 44 of 139 respondents (31.65%) said they were bothered by Otter’s participation in the film, saying that he’s known for doing foolhardy things. 14 (10.07%) said they’d reserve judgment until they saw the film.
