Gotta give credit where credit is due. Joker accurately predicted that uberconservative maverick Larry Spencer would file as a Democrat to vote in the zany primaries this spring. Click here. But no one predicted that Spencer would file has candidacy papers to run as a Democrat for county assessor. Nor did anyone see that several hardline conservatives would file for precinct posts on the Democratic side for a possible takeover attempt of the Kootenai County Democratic Central Committee.
