Thorco work crews wasted no time tearing apart that small, circular public parking lot near the clock tower in front of Hagadone Corp. headquarters. The free parking lot, which was once the southern end of First Street, and, therefore, public is being replaced as part of a $1M project to construct a pedestrian corridor linking McEuen Field with City Park.
