Which Write-In Could Beat Spencer?

Can a write-in beat Larry Spencer in a Kootenai County Democratic primary race?

• Joker: Write in campaigns are tough, but not impossible. The Shoshone County Sheriff managed to pull it off a few years ago. The Dems needs to pick somebody with some name recognition to give themselves a chance.
• Shoshone Conservative: Yes, our Sheriff managed to win a write-in campaign, but (a) he and his family are VERY well-connected and entrenched in the local Democratic machine; and (b) Shoshone County only has 1/10 the population of Kootenai County. So it would be a MUCH more difficult task to win a write-in campaign over there.

Question: Who would have enough name recognition to beat Larry Spencer’s attempt to run as a Democrat for county assessor? Dan English?
