Abortion protest unsightly

Spring is here and the Eastern Washington University campus is starting to look beautiful. But during this time, and as it starts to warm up, Eastern’s campus can also start to look a little ugly.

I’m talking about those horrible posters of aborted fetuses some people are holding around campus. These huge ugly things with pictures of what looks like bloody human hamburger. Some of the young people holding the signs also have these stoic looks on their faces, almost as if they don’t want to be there doing it.

Now, I’m not sure if abortion is right or wrong, but I’m pretty sure that holding those offensive posters is very wrong. I’m also pretty sure there is no quicker way to turn somebody off to your campaign.

Please find a better way and keep that ugliness off our otherwise beautiful campus.
