Huckleberries Past
The lead item in my Huckleberries print column 20 years ago — on April 4, 1994:
For inquiring minds: Yes, actress Roseanne Arnold really is as obnoxious in person as she is on TV. Ask the urchins who tried to get her
autograph in Bonner Ferry recently. The Arnolds were in town to visit her daughter at the Rocky Mountain Academy. Roseanne’s love slave, Tom, signed his John Hancock and even clowned with the junior highers. But his rags-to-riches-to-crass missus told them to get lost. She was so bothered by the attention she changed rooms at the Kootenai River Inn. Maybe next time Roseanne wants to keep a low profile she won’t ride into town in a limo.
