Twelve days until we see who’s the ruler of the Kootenai County/Idaho GOP roost — Gov. Butch Otter and the Reasonable Republicans or Russ Fulcher and the Tea-publicans. The Tea-partiers, I suppose, are wishin/hopin/prayin’ for a poor turnout to hang onto seats and mebbe grab a few more. The mainstreamers just want their party back.
