The largest election in the history of the world has just recently ended in India, and yet no one seems to be talking about it. India has 814 million eligible voters within its borders, has the second-fastest growing economy in the world, and has a direct economic impact on the United States.

Instead of covering this monumental swing in the modern world’s power structure, American news stations are covering the possible candidates for an election years away – our own. Wake up America, history is being made and you don’t even know it.

No more than 250 words
We reserve the right to reject letters that are not factually correct, racist or are written with malice.
We cannot accept more than one letter a month from the same writer.
With each letter, include your daytime phone number and street address.
