McGrane most qualified

The position of secretary of state requires an excellent knowledge of the job function and responsibilities related to the election process. Of all the candidates running for this office, there is no one that has this experience except the Republican candidate Phil McGrane.

As a fourth-generation Idahoan, Phil has demonstrated that he has the knowledge and skills to fulfill this position while working as chief deputy to Ada County Clerk Chris Rich. McGrane’s law degree will greatly benefit the state in administering the State Land Board duties and responsibilities.

McGrane has the respect of many of Idaho’s current and former county clerks as well as earning the endorsements of many elected officials, including the current Secretary of State Ben Ysursa and former Gov. Phil Batt.

McGrane is the right person with the integrity and honesty to succeed Ben Ysursa in maintaining the transparency and effectiveness of the office and has my strong endorsement. Please join me in supporting McGrane on May 20.
