Some close races in Idaho…

We’ve got some close races going in Idaho tonight. With 152 of the state’s 965 precincts reporting, Republican Lawerence Denney is barely leading Democrat Holli Woodings for Idaho Secretary of State, 52.1 percent to 47.9 percent; and Democratic candidate for state schools superintendent Jana Jones is ahead of Republican Sherri Ybarra, 54.1 percent to 45.9 percent. Incumbent Gov. Butch Otter has 51 percent to Democratic challenger A.J. Balukoff’s 42.6 percent and Libertarian John Bujak’s 3.1 percent; and incumbent GOP state Treasurer Ron Crane has 56.7 percent to Democratic challenger Deborah Silver’s 43.3 percent.
