): So glad the elections are over; no more ads wiping each other out; no more befuddled brain
trying to burrow through all the conflicting statements of the opposing candidate while trying to remember the name of the complainant (my definition of any politician that blasts an opponent so all I hear are the other guy’s name, over and over and over and that’s what sticks in my head). And then there is the deal at the kitchen table where domestic bliss rides a thin line as we sit side by side and vote against each other and then toss the ballots in the ballot box like they really will count. (sigh)
