Wise to reject I-1351

Congratulations, voters in Spokane and Washington, for your wisdom in rejecting Initiative 1351 on K-12 class-size reduction.

I-1351 was one of the most complicated, costly and misguided measures ever to be presented to the voters. To explain I-1351 in the voters’ pamphlet took 12 pages.

It’s far wiser to leave such complicated issues to our elected state legislators.
