Kathy starts by saying good idea, bad bill. There was no support for staffing. Very good idea, Kootenai County needs a mental health facility. Anne: She supported the idea for a mental health facility in CDA. We have dire need. I do my homework. She spent an hour with Ben Wolfinger (I wonder if she got to see the BearCat?) Idaho Falls was smarter enough to accept the gift. Sleepy time… Kathy and I bored. Kathy is disconnecting herself from her own voting record and acts like she’s in favor of the mental health crisis facility she voted against. Says this is a local problem, not a state problem? Huh? Keith Cousin points out that she she is not making sense. Kathy promises to talk to people and work with people on the problem.
