Poll: Courts Should Decide Issue

• Weekend Poll: A majority of Hucks Nation say that the courts should decide the controversial issue of gay marriage, not voters or states. 113 of 208 respondents (54.33%) said the courts should decide the issue. 69 of 208 respondents (33.17%) said voters should decide. 24 of 208 respondents (11.54%) said states should decide. 2 (0.96%) were undecided.
