Joker breaks down Brannon v. Belmont county clerk video debate : “The walls in Bill McCory’s basement seem to be closing in. Jeff Selle is moderating. Jim looks like the long lost cousin of Anymouse. Larry looks like everybody’s grandpa. Larry Belmont wants to give the Democrats another choice (I think he meant Republicans, but who knows). He says a lot of Democrats who don’t vote (Who knew). He’s voting and running. Like to see some things done differently. Time to review the county positions. Thinks it should be appointed. (He’s buying my emperor form of government). Talking about league of women voters, zzzzzz. 5 part time commissioners, zzzzzzzzzz… Arguing against his own objective is not a way to win an election, but I digress. Selle praises Larry for talking about something unrelated to the job. Jim brings us back to reality and talks about running for clerk and talks about the late Cliff Hayes.
