Please Vote?

In his weekly newsletter, Congressman Raul Labrador encourages Idahoans to vote , noting that we’re one of eight states that allow voter registration up to and including Election Day. In fact, that’s a common theme for politicians, editorial writers and others who are interested in the election process. But I know a whole lotta people who aren’t — and aren’t very well informed. I shudder to think that some of them will be clueless when they go to the polls. So I wonder:

Question: Should we really encourage residents who don’t have a clue about the candidates to vote?
