Wilson nailed the problem

I just read the Aug. 24 guest opinion by Dave Wilson. I felt that it is so true. Not just in Congress, but in our daily lives. The few radicals speak the loudest. Look at the Middle East and around the world.

Now, with that said, I have for the most part voted Republican, but was truly shocked that Wilson did not make it to our November ballot. There is a lot of complaining about our Congress, but we continue to row the same boat.

Yes, change is scary, but are you truly happy with what is going on in Congress? Would you want what goes on in Congress in your home every day? Think about what it would do to your home. I need middle and common sense. Not left or right.

You still have that opportunity simply by doing a write-in on Wilson. Even if he does not win, maybe it will give a statement to our elected officials what the majority wants. We are not sheep, America. But you never know what a grass-roots write-in would do. History can and does repeat itself.
